CPMi was established
in 1983 providing the quality, the precision and the rigid
manufacturing standards and controls required by the Aerospace Industry. All of our personnel have had considerable
aerospace manufacturing training and experience. Our computer controlled
production equipment is state of the art. This enables us to manufacture
machined parts to blueprint at varying degrees of complexity, while maintaining
consistency at low cost. We have full three axis milling with fourth axis
capabilities.
Our Quality Assurance
procedures have historically been approved to Mil-I-45208A and NAS 5300. Our
ISO-9002 compliant system (based on 
those
procedures) has been surveyed and accepted by Lockheed Martin and BF
Goodrich. CPMi’s inspection department
has the equipment and knowledge to verify the dimensions on all parts
manufactured. In addition, our quality
system insures that no part is shipped unless it has met all blueprint
dimensions, specifications and purchase order requirements.
CPMi places special attention on
customer delivery requirements. Machine
time, machine load and delivery dates are constantly monitored to insure on
time delivery. To keep customers
abreast of the status of their jobs, weekly reports may be provided through the
internet showing the manufacturing progress and the projected delivery.
This total commitment to customer
satisfaction has earned CPMi “The 1984 Small Business Of The
Year Award” from General Dynamics-Convair Division and “The Small Business Subcontractor of the Year 1997” from Rohr, Inc. and “The
Small Business Subcontractor of the Year 2004” from Lockheed Martin Marine
Systems. If given the opportunity, we

I would like to thank you for this
