Every year, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has a program to honor local Small Business Subcontractors of the Year at their Small Business Week Awards Banquet here in San Diego.  They ask Large Prime Contractors to participate by submitting a small business of their choice for Subcontractor of the Year.  As Small Business Liaison for our division, I wanted to let you all know that Lockheed Martin Marine Systems has submitted Controlled Precision Manufacturing, Inc. as our nominee for the Subcontractor of the Year.  We will be honoring them on June 11th with a certificate for their outstanding support to our organization.  Many of you who have worked directly with Shirley and William Hamilton, know first hand the many schedule and engineering challenges we have presented them with.  Their expertise and professionalism during these challenges has helped LM Marine System to be successful on many of our programs.   Please help me in personally thanking CPMI for all the support provided to us in the past year.  Thanks.
