CPMi has four categories
of firearm accessories as seen below. Magazine
Pads (sometimes known as
Bumpers or Clip Extenders) for Pistols
or Handguns were the first items developed.
They were soon augmented by the hollow magazine pads for additional
capacity. As competitors noticed a
definite edge with the utilization of optics, the CPMi
Scope Mounts were quick to
follow. Along the way Assorted
Pistol Products including
Caspian Thin Grips and Glock Guide Rods were developed as the “competition
shooting” market required. And finally,
Shotgun
Accessories such as
Benelli Charging Handle / Racker or a Beretta 390 Connecting Rod rounded out
the Firearm Accessories Division.

COMPETITION REPLACEMENT MAGAZINE PADS--We first began
making magazine pads from aerospace aluminum in l984 to replace the less
durable plastic ones and to facilitate reloads with magazine well funnels. Most of our pads are available in hard black
anodize and brass. The hard anodize 
penetrates the base metal, providing a
very hard ceramic type coating. We currently have eighteen different styles
including the "ergonomic" pads which are streamlined over the
original designs for the STI (25% SMALLER) and the Tanfoglio.

HOLLOW MAGAZINE PADS--We have seven different hollow
magazine replacement pads for prior to the capacity ban magazines. These
include Para Ordnance, Glock, Glock Drop Free and Tanfoglio style 9mm/40 or the
38 super/45, all allowing extra rounds.
The hollow Para Ordnance fits the STI.
Our Para Hollow 140 meets the USPSA regulation at the length of 140mm
for Limited Division.

CPMi SCOPE MOUNTS
The mount style needed is determined by how the
slide fits on the frame, in addition to the type of optics. The photo on the
left shows a 1911 Style Pistol – The Slide Rides on the Outside of the
Frame. This photo also shows a Propoint
Style Scope and Mount–the mount is one piece.
The photo on the right shows a Tanfoglio Style Pistol – The Slide Rides
on the Inside of Frame. This photo also shows an Aimpoint Style Scope and Mount
which is two piece.
COMPETITION AIMPOINT 5000--We have a mount specifically designed
for the Aimpoint 5000 Competition model.
These are all made with a main body, and a separate top cap, which screw
together retaining the scope. This
mount swoops rearward, to allow the scope to balance over the hands. The Competition Aimpoint mounts are
available for the Caspian, Para Ordnance or STI with either our standard 4 hole
pattern or without holes if you prefer.
Minor milling will be required for use on other 1911 model frames.

CPMi SCOPE MOUNTS--Our standard mount is a clean looking,
low riding double legged mount, available for the Aimpoint and Propoint for
mounting on l9ll frames. The lowest
point on the scope may be installed as low as l/l6" above the slide. The Aimpoint model is two pieces, consisting
of a main body and separate top cap, which screw together. The Propoint 
models are a single piece with a slit,
which spreads apart for scope installation, and then screws together to
tighten. The Propoint III has longer
legs than the Propoint II to allow the larger body housing to clear the firearm
slide. We do have a few Propoint Long
Legs with extra long legs in case you want to leave the rear sight in tact.

ULTRA-LIGHT SCOPE MOUNT—The Ultra-Light was designed to be
mounted by a single leg 
to the 1911
style pistol with thick dust covers (Caspian, Para Ordnance, Sti). With this mount you no longer need to worry
about serial numbers being hidden or destroyed. The hole pattern is drilled with a ½ degree angle for ease of
installation. Ultra-Lights are
available for Aimpoint and Propoint.
We do not recommend it for the standard 1911 frames, as their dust
covers are not suitable. The
Ultra-Light mounts are being phased out, but we do have a few still available.

CPMi ADAPTER RINGS--These adapter rings are for the
shooter who prefers to use a one inch scope.
With these rings our mounts may be utilized for a large 
variety of
scopes. Again we have the split single
piece for use with Propoint style scopes which are the same diameter the full
length of the tube and a two piece (Aimpoint style) ring for those tubes that
have some type of projection which prevents sliding the ring over the end of
the tube.

PISTOL PRODUCTS
CASPIAN THIN-GRIPS--Thin, thin aluminum grips for the
original Caspian widebody, designed utilizing aerospace materials and
technology. The width measured across
the Caspian grip including our thin-grips in only 1.20. The width of a standard 1911 with standard
grips measures 1.25 in the same area.
They are checkered and hard anodized black. The Caspian Thin-Grips come with (2) 6-32 X 3/16 screws included.

GLOCK GUIDE ROD--This stainless steel rod is certainly
more durable, and replaces the plastic one supplied with the gun. They are
available for the l7, l9, 20, 21, 22 & 23 model Glocks.

TANFOGLIO MAGAZINE
FOLLOWERS—The CPMi replacement
follower is made of aluminum and hard anodized black. There are no legs to become stressed and break at the most
inopportune moment. A wire hole
underneath retains the spring. The added benefit…the extra rounds it allows in
prior to the capacity ban magazines.

RACKERS—Our pistol racker / charger is ambidextrous and fits in the rear sight
dove tail (standard or milled for a Bomar) on either a 1911 or Tanfoglio
frame. The racker / charger is
essential to augment loading of the firearm when a scope makes it cumbersome to
do so.

SHOTGUN ASSESSORIES
BENELLI SHOTGUN RACKER / CHARGING HANDLE--This racker / charger is extended and
enlarged over the original design for faster first shot chambering, easier bolt
racking and increased leverage to clear a jam.
It is machined from solid steel then treated with black oxide. No modifications to the gun are required.

BERETTA 390 CONNECTING ROD—The CPMi replacement connecting rod is
made of 15-5 and heat treated. The
original ones supplied with the firearm, have a tendency to break. CPMi’s replacement rod has been test by exuberant competitive
shooters, and do stand the beating with ease.

CHOKE SIZING KEY RING—The CPMi choke checker is handy, good
looking, as well as functional. This
key ring will allow you to check which choke tube is in the shotgun, without
removing it.
