Tentative Agenda
On behalf of McDonnell
Douglas Missile Systems Company (MDMSC), I invite
you to attend our ACM
Supplier Conference in Mesa, AZ on 28-30 Jan 1992.
The conference theme is
“Performance Improvement Measurement”.
Our
objective is to continue
fostering ACM Team Improvement as accomplished
at our last conference. By presenting proven and user-friendly
tools, attendees
will leave the conference
with performance enhancers that can be quickly and
economically applied on
the company ”homefront”. Please join us
for presentations
on: (1) current program status, (2) performance
measurement, (3) hands-on
Malcolm Baldrige
self-assessment instruction and (4) MDMSC’s ACM recognition
and awards. Additionally, there will be a recreational
period that allows choice
of a gold tournament,
tennis, swimming, or sightseeing.
Non-supplier participants
in the conference will include the Air Force ACM
System Program Office,
Strategic Air Command, Air Force Logistics Command,
and cognizant DPRO
personnel from around the country.
Conference registration
will be from 5 to 8
PM. Hors d’ ourves and an open bar will
be offered during
this “get acquainted”
period. All activities of the two day
meeting will be held at
the Arizona Golf Resort.
Conference reservations
may be made by submitting the attached RSVP.
Professional attire should be worn the first day;
however, casual dress is
appropriate on the 30th
(3rd day) since the agenda includes a mid-day recreational
period.
Bus transportation will be
provided for the optional MDHC Tour on 30.
Please
assist us in our
continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on the
enclosure (1) survey
form. We look forward to seeing you at
the Arizona Golf
Resort in Mesa AZ.
Yours truly,
Don Kummer
